By submitting your contact information to TenantTickets or requesting maintenance support services, you agree to receive SMS messages related to service tickets, maintenance updates, scheduling confirmations, and other service-related notifications.

Opt-Out Policy

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS updates but may still receive email or phone communications as part of your service agreement.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency will vary depending on your service requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Platform Terms and Conditions

Ownership and Operator

The TenantTickets platform, including the website and any associated mobile applications (the "Platform"), is owned and operated by TenantTickets ("we," "us," or "our"). All data collected through the Platform, the software itself, and all related systems are owned and controlled by TenantTickets.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

Description of the Platform

The Platform is provided to allow property managers, tenants, and vendors to submit, track, and manage maintenance requests and property communications. The Platform functions as a communication, ticket-submission, and property management tool and does not itself perform maintenance services or guarantee resolution times or outcomes.

All maintenance and support services are provided in accordance with applicable service agreements between the relevant parties.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting maintenance requests or registering an account
  • Use the Platform only for legitimate property management and maintenance purposes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, if applicable
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security concerns related to your use of the Platform

You are responsible for all activity submitted through your account or device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious maintenance requests
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Platform or related systems
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or bypass security features of the Platform
  • Use the Platform to circumvent internal property management controls or security policies

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Data Submitted Through the Platform

Information submitted through the Platform, including maintenance ticket details, photos, and attachments, is used solely for the purpose of providing property management and maintenance services and improving service quality.

You should not submit sensitive personal information unless necessary for resolving the maintenance request. Data handling practices are further described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by TenantTickets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You retain ownership of the information you submit through the Platform, but you grant TenantTickets permission to use that information as necessary to provide maintenance and property management services.

Availability and Modifications

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, including features or functionality, without notice.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:

  • The Platform is misused
  • Security concerns arise
  • Your organization's relationship with TenantTickets ends
  • Continued access poses operational or legal risk

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenantTickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me," your login will persist for two weeks.

If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Data Retention

For users that register on our platform, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Platform administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your Data Rights

If you have an account on this platform, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
