TenantTickets provides SMS-based maintenance coordination services to tenants of properties managed through our platform. By submitting your phone number and checking the opt-in box on our sign-up form, you consent to receive SMS messages from TenantTickets related to maintenance requests, technician scheduling, appointment confirmations, service updates, and support notifications.

Message frequency varies based on maintenance activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. Reply HELP at any time for assistance or contact us directly at support@tenanttickets.com.

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us. This may include:

  • Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number)
  • Property data (addresses, unit details, lease information)
  • Tenant and vendor information uploaded to the platform

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make changes we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy and in some cases provide additional notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
